Craigtoun Park

Located on the outskirts of St Andrews, Craigtoun was once a popular and beautifully kept park, which up until the end of the last century housed the maternity hospitals in which many of the locals were born. After years of disuse the park is making a comeback and putting itself back on the map as the number one place to spend an afternoon or a weekend!

The Fellowship of St Andrews has set out to help bring Craigtoun to its former glory. Working closely with the Friends of Craigtoun, plans are in place for different events and more volunteering opportunities. Furthermore, research is being carried out into the history of the park, with the goal of restoring it in accordance with historical plans. Craigtoun Park is a fantastic opportunity to get involved, learn a little about local history and get to know some incredible people.
